SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
At
Promostamper.co.uk we will always work with you to ensure that you receive
your item in the safest, most economical and most expedient manner
possible.
We
use registered postage with Royal Mail or Parcelforce for delivering your
valuable items.
Delivery

Most
items are available from stock and will be dispatched within 28 working
days.
Delivery
- Abroad
Please contact for
postage prices before ordering we will not ship nor accept payment until
shipping price has been paid for overseas.
Customs
There are no
customs fees for sending goods within the European Union ("EU").
All
goods sent internationally are marked as small packet and the goods are
described accurately, with costs on the Customs Declaration Document. Any
customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country.
These additional charges must be borne by you as we have no control over
these charges and cannot predict what these may be. Please note that
customs policies and fees vary from country to country and we advise that
you contact your local customs office, in your country, for further
information.
IMPORTANT
NOTICE
Delivery
times are supplied by Royal Mail and shipping time reflects the time it
takes from our warehouse directly to your door. It is not possible
to guarantee delivery times on any items. MacKlamm Ltd (Promostamper.co.uk)
can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once goods
have left the warehouse.
Christmas
Deliveries
Due
to the large volume of mail during the festive season in the postal system
we advise that all orders are made well in advance for Christmas. Our
current advise is that:
UK shipping: last
date for stock items is: 14 December
Europe shipping: last date for stock items is: 11 December
US shipping: last date for stock items is: 5 December
Returns Policy

Please note that Bespoke / Custom stamps
are not returnable and not refundable.

Only those stamps which are not customised or bespoke may be returned
within seven
days of having received your order for a full cash refund.

You must
contact us by email or fax within those seven days of receipt of
your order that you will be returning the item

All goods
returned are at the sender's expense

Notification of
faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being
received

Inspect any
received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it
- If you do need
to return any goods, please remember to wrap the package securely as
it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which
are damaged during return transit
- Mark your
parcel clearly as "Returned Goods" and send it to
